Coaching – Finding Orientation in Times of Change
What I Offer
I work with people who are:
- facing personal or professional crises
- questioning long-held beliefs or life directions
- searching for clarity, meaning, and inner stability
- dealing with inner conflicts, anxiety, or emotional pressure
Coaching is not about quick answers.
It is about creating a space in which new perspectives can emerge.
My approach combines
- analytical clarity
- psychological insight
- and a deep respect for each individual life story
In our conversations, we explore together
- what is really at stake beneath the surface
- which patterns have shaped your experience
- and what new possibilities may become visible
The goal is not to provide ready-made solutions—but to help you find your own.
Background
My work is shaped by many years of experience in both professional and personal contexts:
- leadership experience as managing director of an IT company
- decades of engagement with questions of meaning, faith, and identity
- personal experience with existential crises and transformation processes
This combination allows me to connect structured thinking with deeper personal processes.
The first step is always a brief, non-binding written exchange.
It allows both of us to sense whether a conversation might be meaningful—without any pressure or expectation.
If we both feel that a deeper dialogue could be worthwhile, we may arrange an initial video call.
This conversation offers a calm space to explore:
- what is truly at the core of your current situation
- whether my way of working resonates with you
- and whether a collaboration would feel right for both of us
Often, this first exchange already opens a new direction—sometimes even a subtle shift in perspective.
Sometimes, a new inner orientation begins with a simple, honest conversation.
I work with a limited number of clients and choose these engagements with care.
Coaching in English is possible in exceptional cases.
There is no obligation to continue beyond this first step.
Initial Contact
Coaching sessions usually take place online.
If you are interested, we can begin with an initial conversation to clarify your situation and expectations.
We start with a brief written exchange to better understand your needs and to assess whether working together would be a good fit for both sides.
My work is based on the conviction that real change does not begin with external solutions—but with a deeper understanding of what is happening within.
